There's been a few comments in the media about how the process has been too long (I guess the bio passport analysis took a while) but the general view appears to be that it was a fair cop and she's been duly sanctioned.shinyhelmut said:

I mean, how do they even think that would be a valid reason even if in some bizarre world it was true? Considering that putting it forward as a defence would mean you knew it had happened and it's the athletes responsibility to ensure they don't get any illegal substances contaminating them it is still basically an admission of guilt.
