Brilliant bikes mate....what the hell does it mater if you give your bikes names.

The same people complaining are probably riding round on Pompino's, unaware of what it means in Italian!

Or driving a Pajero and not knowing what it is in Spanish. Meh, what does it really matter what you call them

Lol, the Mitsubishi w*****r sounds much better and describes perfectly a lot of the people who drive them in my experience.

You are so, so, so, so, so wrong - it looks a million times better.

Keep it that way - its anti cool: two fingers to the fixie brigade and the weekend warrior brigade. Chapeau.

Agree - this utterly rocks as a fixie - now tempted to do the same to a Madone SL top of the range old but perfect condition thing I got for nothing.

    Top work that man.

Thanks for the heads up - just skimmed the whole thread and now realise that I'm not the only one critical of the names. That said, I'm still no wiser as to why. Neither of them look anything like either a B2 or F22 but each to his own I suppose.

  • Bikes look great...

Did you rebuild the Zipp wheels with a fixed hub? Does the chain tensioner work ok when applying backward pressure to slow down/stop - I've got an old frame I was thinking of running fixed but thought/have read that the chain-tensioner route wouldn't work (obviously fine for singlespeed but not fixed)

edit: didn't notice this was an old bumped thread so guess the OP is no longer around!
