I once spilt a pint down Dean Gaffney's back by accident. He was wearing a leather jacket at the time so didn't notice. Who wears leather jackets in a nightclub anyway? Serves him right.

I was in a restaurant on Saturday night waiting to be seated, as was Eddie Large, no sign of Sid. He's not that large either.

Today I kind of pushed in at the bar, did not realise that Dan Lloyd was next to be served. Apologised to him as I felt bad, especially as all he wanted was water for his baby's bottle!

No, she hadn't seen him for ten or fifteen years at that point.

I was at school with Chris Hoy (same year, shared many classes together, and played rugby for the school team). I have seen him since Sydney Olympics when he won silver, but not seen him since (although we have spoken). I would like to think though that he tells others that he was in my class at school!

My OH knows the Head of Department at the school that taught Olympic Long Jump Gold Medallist and Perky Young Man Rutherford Jr all he knows of Humanities & RE. She said he'd go far; 8 & half metres isn't a bad start.

Oh don't get me wrong once I knew who it was I was really pleased with myself. One of the proudest moments of my time at Univeristy.

It's a shame it wasn't a suede jacket so he couldn't just wipe it clean - that's my only regret.
