I hope Cav didn't go on a comfort eating binge after yesterday. I'm still waiting to see what Cav-lite can do on a little incline finish

That's a shame. It would have been interesting to see him go head to head with the best at this level

Storm warnings for the last 30km. Will make thigns interesting. ant imagine Cav/Goss will contest a storm sprint if they are thinking of Gold in London.

I doubt that will figure in their minds to be honest. They ride in bad weather all the time and as you saw yesterday they are just as likely to crash when its dry.

True but if you look 2 corners in the run in looks very hairy. In the dry no issue. The wet will make some play it safe. No amount of bike handling helps when you are scrubbed sliding on a white line.

I have taken the afternoon off and am watching the stage at Look Mum No Hands! There's a crew from Eurosport who are going to wrap up at the end of the stage. LOL if I end up on TV! :-)

A likely story. The real truth is that Hincapie is his hero and he is inconsolable after this morning's "news".

    LOL.

Anyone reading yesterdays thread... I announced myself as the new 'Jan Ghyselinck' troll, having picked a name at random from the wrong end of the GC listings. Guess who shows up in the break today!

He looks fat, no chance of staying away.

    In a way they're right.

The article itself is pretty much the same stuff Kittel had in his shorts a couple of days ago

If you insist on playing tennis in your high heels, running like a turkey in a field of corn-stubble then, of course, you are going to need blister plasters, young lady. Sheesh.
