There's a race on? Anyone in the cycling world actually focusing on this?

Sounds like an extra from Dances with Wolves

Harmon hits an all time low. Corporate lacky.
Bullsh*t excuse and no comment- unlike with Di Luca, Vino and poor old "amateur doper" Ricco.
With him, he waded straight in, with the first rumour.
    Gave him a right mauling.

Why do other Teams other than Liguigas chase the Breaks. Sagan is almost 100% sure to win so why do other Teams chase. I'm tired of throwing things at the Telly in disgust at the tactics so thought I'd better ask other opinions.

A small chance of winning is better than no chance.

Look at the Giro, Cavendish was probably the fastest guy there, but Goss, Ferrari and Guardini all managed to win sprint stages for various reasons so it's worth trying.

The little climb at the end today might suit Cunego, thus perhaps why Lampre are now putting in the effort.

Earlier Bertogliati was virtual leader briefly, thus why Movistar put the pace up in the peloton then.

Sagan almost stopped on the barrier and still wins.
So far ahead of the rest, it's unreal.

Sagan wins, though Ben Swift had a good go.

Sagan practicing his silly celebrations for the Tour.

I have no idea how Sagan didn't crash on that corner. It looked like he was properly squeezed against the barriers.

When they saw Sagan coming, mentally the barriers were already beaten.

Good sprint from Swift too, cos that finish was far more suited to Sagan.

Although I admire the dominance of Sagan in these sprint finishes I'm finding the whole thing pretty dull. I sat watching today's stage thinking about last years race which included one of the most exciting stage finales of the year:

Here's hoping that the mountain stages help liven things up a bit.

Will be interesting to see how he copes with crazily fast lead outs for 8km in tour with many more real sprinters though.
One sprint he pulled foot out to stay up, another he picked outside line and nearly got boxed into barrier, each time managed to get away with it, in tour with more contesting may not get second chanes, good handling skills though :D

That was a brilliant stage. I remember sitting and watching it this that this is the sort of stage that could turn somebody in to a cycling fan.

Like I said, we have the weekend. If the racers are up for it, could be some classic racing.

This salute is very worrying and should never occur again. Does this guy know his history?
