No-one else who's finished yet would expect too... Kessiakof is faster than Canc at the first intermediary and the might Peter Velits is only 5seconds down...

Only 1.13 between the top 20, so there'll no doubt be changes. Prediction would by lokvist

Kessiakoff beats Cancellara by 2 seconds. Still some work to do for the big Swiss.

Eurosport's girlie tennis off for the rain, but, of course, they wouldn't think of showing live cycling instead.

Did Tommy D a disservice - he's thereabouts with other big GCers like Frank and Valv.

So is Rui Costa the real deal then? Guess we'll find out over the weekend. He's got some serious talent breathing down his neck on GC though.

Good to see my PTP pick, Gesink moving up the GC nicely, hopefully he's found his legs and will do the business in the next couple of days.

Nice to see this years race won't just be decided by the TT like last years was.

Random thought....I know they'e both been injured but interesting to see that neither Tony Martin or Cancellara are at their best this year, not only must Wiggins be fancying a TT stage win in the Tour but he also must be wondering about the Olympic TT.

    No he won't.

All eyes on the big prize.

Yeah, I know that.... Publicly and training wise he'll be thinking that, but deep down in his heart he must quite fancy another Olympic gold in his "home" Olympics.

Lets just say his success has been modest since his return....couple of typical uphill sprint stage wins and an overall in some Spanish chipper. Did he even turn up to the Ardennes classics?

A stage win or two at the Tour probably the best realistic outcome, certainly the best sprinter amongst the "GC" guys, unless Wiggins has got a taste for it after Romandie.
