Think I'm scarred by the 80s:

80s Genesis/Phil Collins (can tolerate the 70s stuff at a push)
Brothers in Arms - Dire Straits (I actually quite like the older stuff but money for nothing, wank of life, AAGGGHHH)
    Whitney fookin Houston
    Bon Jovi...

What else? Slade - reason enough to ban Christmas.
    Maria Carey

Not that much current really annoys me but then I have pretty much screened out the whole x factor thing.

Anyone who writes off the whole hip hop genre is totally misguided in my book. I actually think eminem is a bit of a genius but DrDre, Public Enemy, The Streets, loads of good stuff even if it isn't my main thing.

As for The Smiths - well I get some people don't like Morrisey's voice but Marr's guitar, a shit hot rhythm section and some of the best (and funnist) lyrics in pop, if they dont get them out of Room 101 you've had a tastectomy.

George Michael - His antics in the toilet cubicles in LA are more wholesome and lovable than his entire musical collection.
  • Lana Del Ray (Bulbous-gobbed whining talentless lanky bint)
Lady GaGa (Since when was late eighties gay German euro-disco ever cool?)
Cheryl Cole (oh please, just f**k off)
Sting (Do I need to say why?)
Pink Floyd ( Pretentious? Moi? F**ING YES YOU ARE!!!!)
American college "punk". (Offspring et al, you have been warned about this before...)
Let's close our eyes and see what happens

Anything that starts with "Yeah.... No.... Baby..... Ungh, ungh, ungh..." Just feel so embarrassed to be of the same species as anyone that makes, produces, sells, enjoys or endorses rubbish like that!

You shouldn't be afraid to admit you're a fan. I hope all his fans aren't this ashamed of liking him, even if he does look like an alien.
