People can't judge what I follow and ignore, people who think they can are deluded, they don't know me in person and have never seen me in person and don't ride with me, so they can't possibly know what I do.
And if I never followed advice, I don't think I'd be touching intervals and I'd be doing between 300 and 500 miles per week.0 -

Only you can gauge your levels of fatigue. You have to balance this against the training you are doing (the overall quantity and specific sessions). It's all very well to say '2x20 at FTP is a good session for TT training' but everyone is different. Use it as a starting point but you will have to experiment to get the best out of yourself.
If you are targeting races in the next few weeks you are probably too late to start making improvements. Don't do too much and tire yourself out.0 -
