Don't click it! The internet'll get stuck in a loop and crash. it'll be like the Hasselhof Recursion all over again, it took Al Gore ages to fix that one. He was well pissed off.

How good is it to have a decent tailwind when you ride. Imagine having a tailwind pushing from behind "all" the time, even when pushing into a nasty headwind - magnificent, just magnificent
    Called, MOTORCYCLING.

AFAIK specific term is "moped", where the motor combines with pedalling.

Only before September 1977. Legally a moped is any powered two wheeler up to 50cc with a maximum speed of 45kph (50kph pre January 2013).

    Motorised bicycle?

Surely if you are going to ride one, it should at least have a decent sized engine.

    Here's my ride:

You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

The proper number of cylinders would be good too...

With or without the optional 6" rear rim? I've always quite fancied one of the Boxer Cup replicas, but never ridden one.

I've tried both and the bike feels nicer on the standard narrower rear. The fatter rear looks more trick but I it adds nothing to performance that I could feel.

Without having ridden one I'd be inclined to agree with you. For road use anyway. For track use (i.e. the Boxer Cup) I imagine that the 190 rear that the 6" rim allows would be advantageous. I like my Avon rear 180, 'cos it's wide shoulder makes it look like a 190, lol. Have you got a fruity pipe on it? They sound nice with a race can, v distinctive engine note.

Just read this thread start to finish - epic.

    A couple of observations:

    1. Sram did make Shimano 9spd compatible grip-shift shifters - I run them on my XTC and have no shifting issues.

    2. The OP is stark raving mad.

    3. I would love to have a crack at pedalling this monstrous bike train up a few hills, just to see if I could be faster than when it's using its engine...
