    Another stage win for HTC.
Cuddles gets yellow, Roland keeps white.

3 weeks ago, on the Passage du Gois, what do you think Thomas Voeckler's reaction would have been if you would have told him he'd beat Contador at the end of the Tour?

That being said, only 42.5km of a TT. It was a climbers Tour to win. More than enough opportunities.

I think he would've pulled a silly face.

I had one of them red bikes but I don't any more. Sad face.

Andy has many more opportunities to come.

Much like Andy Murray the time is going to come when that can no longer be said.....

IMHO the most deserving rider won.

In fairness to Evans, he didn't just win it in the TT

yeah, I think he might actually be maturing and getting a bit of class. He's been worth listening to this year for the first time ever

What a race. Such a well-deserved win. Tears in his eyes. Tears in MY eyes. Amazing stuff.

BTW, how crazy was it when the ref almost crashed Contador coming out the gate because he held the seat too long? I'd give Contador 6 more seconds because of that. He's just had a lot of bad luck.

I was hoping that Cadel would go for the Vuelta after this one to try and win a Grand Tour to round off a top career. Little did I know :)

well done to an Aussie battler but cant help but feel it lacked panache-might have the lowest overall time and that counts as the winner, but not likely to remember this win as much as for TVs resolution or Andys break on Galibier1.Lot to look forward to,Tony Martin,Pierre Rolland,Jelle Vanendert Syl Smidt-great tour.
Whats the solution? Just pedal faster you baby.

    Fantastic ride by Cuddles!
As has been said above, the most deserving all round rider won.
The TdF was quite dull last year after a fantastic Giro, so I wasn't much looking forward to this year's tour; half expecting it to be even duller than the Giro, but last year's positions have been reversed. One of the best Grand Tours in years (except for last year's Giro, of course)...
Fingers crossed for Cav tomorrow, now.

Evans and Rolland the real men of today's match.
Both posted far better times than at the Dauphine.
    Incredible rides.

To be fair, but for Andy's bad rain day it would have been much closer... - but - fundamentally, and ultimately, Cadel can do a monster TT (which he did brilliantly well today), while the most exciting rider (for me), namely Andy, can't at the moment - Andy needs drastic work on his TT'ing - not sure whats going to happen with him regards this....To be fair to Cadel, that could have been his last chance, and he took it with a monster TT - massive display of power, grit and determination - full credit to him - a great tour, a good finish, good TV.

Just going through the standings now, and given Bradley's 24th finish last year, this is quite impressive

He could still be yellow jersey 'winner' before the year is out.

Does this mean Leopard will go dark for a year? They should throw themselves at the Vuelta.
