1.78m and 82Kg of muscle.....
pity most of it is relaxed muscle! plus a few of those big bones. BMI has me as overweight but reality is between doing about 100 miles per week, playing hockey at least once most weeks and other fitness stuff I recognize I am what I am although could probably still afford to lose about half a stone :roll:Allez Triple (hairy with mudguards) - FCN 4

Just had a little look at a BMI calculator. Apparently I'd have to get down to 58kg before BMI counted me as under weight. Jebus....Mud - Genesis Vapour CCX

My BMI is 25/24.
By normal folks standards I'm thin, i'm fit enough to ride MTB's 20/30 miles off road with 1KG plus mud tyres so realistically while i'd like to loose a few lb it's hardly a issue.0 -
5' 10" and 74kg ish more biased towards the legs then my upper parts, if I shed my remaining layer of fat which isnt that much I would probably pass for a pro, couldnt stay with them in a million years though lol0

I never get called skinny nowadays though (used to). I guess this is just showing how the 'average' weight is going up and so are expectations/theories of 'normal'.0 -

Too much gut to get away with bib shorts or such like.I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.0 -

Carly's still fine, just wheel-less at the moment as they've been shifted to the new Dolan. Dunno whether to keep her in case of emergencies or set her free.0 -

do you think people build muscle more than others?
when you look at pro racers, they seem to have really skinny toned legs not a huge bulk of muscle (in the pics that i have seen anyways)Keeping it classy since '830 -
