Having run into the size N&zis on the Road Beginners group, on account of the fact that I am NOT THIN, NO I'M ACTUALLY A BIT FAT, I thought I'd conduct a poll amongst the more moderate and pleasant folk who inhabit this little world...

So: be honest, what category do you fit into?

It's just a hill. Get over it.

Looking at the results so far it may be that people tend to perceive themselves as lardier than they actually are.

To fix that, I propose we upload photos of ourselves and everyone else can vote.

Blimey, how do you get shorts that fit?

And does your un-aerodynamic porn-star moustache slow you down?

    I look like an Ent.

All chunky and solid in the legs, kind of bulbous in the middle with spindly arms sticking out at the top.

    Urm - not really sure.

Was; well toned, 6 pack, good arms, fit healthy and glowing

    Had kids

Now; pudgier, still got some shape left, not overweight or underweight, generally look jaded and have grey hair.

Use the system I employed. Underweight? No. Overweight? No. Therefore, perfection. Welcome to the club.

None of the above, realistically I'm between a model of perfection and lardy-ish, but categorically not either my BMI (however fatally flawed that system may be) is under 25 - just.

  • As my friends say: I look like a beanpole with a day-glow top on!! :)
I can see their viewpoint being 6'1 and 10.9 stone. This all due to a highly active metabolism ensuring that whatever carp I eat has no effect whatsoever. :D:D
