Thats a special bike love the Blue Anodising,
What you need is gareth to ride it up to Airstream, then you can slam it down the mountain0 -
Thing is sladey he'll still have to wait half hour for me to arrive, even on the Lap, uplift please!Cube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0

Cheers for the propsCube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -
Dammit, I was hoping you'd tell us which cliff you were going to ride off, so I could come and pry it from your dying, twitching fingers :twisted:0

Hang around long enough and you could probably accomplish that on the Taff trail, I'm pretty crapCube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0

Any particular time and date I should hang around?0

Cheers, it's the summit of Elidir Fach, looking towards Snowdon. On an incredibly windy day!0

Pleasure dude.. I'll take some of the Hanzz Sunday @ CwmcarnCube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0

Well not much to report so far. Getting used to the Hanzz now (slowly) Getting more air time and becoming more confident, still a whiles to go.
On the DH @ Cwmcarn last weekend I had a pinch flat, on the breezeblock slope just before the tunnel (if I've got my orientation correct). One of the lads (thanks Ian) supplied a new tube to roll to the bottom. I've just patched the pinched tube and as I pump the tyre back up I notice this
don't know what I hit but it ripped the sidewall of the (as good as new) HR. What is the blue I hear you ask.. Electrical tape ghetto!
No way am I replacing a brand new HR and I'm saving my Schwalbes for dedicated DH sessions (rather than XC/DH as we're doing at the mo)
What's the worst that could happen..Cube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -
 gezzz dude, we all missed that hole.
on a note about your Schwalbes are the evol lines ones?
I see what you are saying about keeping them for later after reading below:
http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12784315
any yes there is a breezeblock slope on the ramp into the tunnel of love. if you look at it. its hasa a tryer line warn into it. i guess if you where in it and pulled out of it.0 -

Tom - they're the trailstar triple compound snakeskin folding FR versions. Outstanding, so good I don't want to waste them on the trails. The HR does a good enough job when it's not being torn apart.
Ben - it was the breezeblock slope on the DH. I hate that slope as it is, it is now my new nemesis :twisted:Cube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -

is the slope after the tunnel of love? just after the s bend at the end is where i found you?
what are you saving them tryes for?0 -
yea Tom just checked and it's directly after the tunnel, for some reason I thought it was before.
Saving the Schwalbes for uplift day. You should do it when you get the nerveCube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -
Had a good ride around Cwmcarn this evening. Went out by myself which gave me some setting up time and still trying to dial it just right (cannot get the seat spot on for some reason 'but' getting there) Getting the hang of it in the air, cleared a few table tops etc. Loving the Hanzz more and more. Hit the DH, not necessarily the best idea in the evening on my own but I lived.
Few pics
Also; picked up my TSG Staten today, what a lid, not that hot, doesn't impair vision at all and it's got some really nice touches.
happy all round really..Cube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -

It's going to be getting commuter tyres on it for the weekend to do the 55 miles from Brecon to Cardiff. Think I should have bought a seat that isn't pure plastic instead :?Cube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -

Cheers kdawg - looks like I'm not riding Brecon on Sunday (good job as my tyres from CRC didn't turn up despite paying next day delivery :?
Got my Superstar Organic pads though, which is ideal as I'm no riding the dirt on Sunday superb..
EDIT: Forget to mention, I got a pack of Haribo in with my pads from SS
Bit of a surprise but a nice touch I thoughtCube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -
Had a skid around Cwmcarn today. Thinking the Hanzz is over sprung so looking to get softer springs, 400X2.80 on the rear and one potentially one down from what;s in the front. Blue normally?
New FR section is ok to be fair, look forward to it being finished and hitting it properly.
I had a ride on my mates P7 that's old but had a very decent amount of money spent on it at some point. Stem is too long and low and bars are very narrow but jeez it's so light. I really like the way it pedals. Wan't a HT now too :?
P7 and the tank
just the tank
and to top it off, AMy just ordered me a years subscription of MBRCube Hanzz Pro FRSquarepants wrote:It's not that I'm over over biked, my bike is under personed...0 -
Funny you say that about the ht jimbo, I had a go on my m8s the other day and god it moves up a hill.
So easy to ride and it had small spd's on so i could not get the power down. ht for x-mass please
Will softer make it move more right?
Lol next free socks are on james :P0
