    i was stationary on my bike the other day ( i noticed the dog and owner so decided to give way) and this staffy came barrelling upto me barking like mad and showing its teeth etc, the owner didn't even try calling it back and just casually strolled upto me (he was about 50 metres away). As he got to my side and held the dog i said if that thing even went for me it would be you that would get the smack not the dog and just rode off.

    I don't mind dogs at all, its some of the owners you encounter (the stupid ones) than do my head in.
