It's amazing there are so many bitter people who love cancer out there. Don't they realise the scientific evidence says he didn't dope? (aside from the failed tests, the wierd blood values and the urine that was like baby wee)
It's not Hamilton as the article says they never tested positiveFckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
For the cyclists that say Lance doped will they report on the numbers that say he didn't ?0
-
Hmm, guess that makes me a 'cancer-lover' too? I may as well get this in now as a pre-emptive strike before the rabid fanboys adopt their usual tactics...Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

Oh dear. I don't think federal investigations come to their conclusions based on a vote.
Anyway, a pro cyclist that categorically says another did not dope is either stupid or lying given that it's impossible to know what your team mates are up to 100% of the time.Scottish and British...and a bit French0 -
The riders who corroborate the Landis claims automatically lack credibility.
They are just making old news even older.
Why bother to talk about the SS on a DD?
Only Lance has credibility.
We know this, because he told us so."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
I'm beginning to find the whole episode reprehensible
In the words of Hunter S. Thompson
"The sharks are circling and they sense blood"0 -
it does not surprise me that any pro cyclist has doped. But it just don't get the selling the bikes bit to fund it, those guys are loaded :?0

Mellow Johnny has lived with such luck,
From the testers he’s managed to duck,
Now Floydy’s come back
Put him on the rack,
Can Lance now just get to f***
As we know Lance is quite keen on yellow
7 times, the remarkable fellow,
His Tour friends, finished sunning,
To the feds have gone running,
Now old Johnny is not quite so mellow0 -
There was a bike rider named Lance
Who led testers a merry old dance
But then the Feds got stuck in
Chucked his good name in the bin
And perhaps gave clean cycling a chance? My cycle racing blog: http://cyclingapprentice.wordpress.com/

I reckon Lance gave himself the name Mellow Johnny. If anyone else thought of it, it must have been as a p1sstake*.
Not even his biggest fans would describe him as mellow. Perhaps Tranquilo Johnny might be more apt given the circumstances anyway.
* I know the supposed origin, so need posting up to tell me.Scottish and British...and a bit French0 -
Lance in the dictionary means clean,
Everyone thinks he's a has been.
People say he failed a drug test,
But he's simply better than the rest!
The feds will never catch this old bean.
Do Limericks have to be based on truth?

Well, EVERYONE else is throwing stuff at someone who's INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty.
Thought it would balance things up to make it even, about someone who was PROVEN to be GUILTY!!!
A bit of a Fair and Balanced aproach, maybe?...
Try it some of you, it MAY work.0 -

Fair enough if you want to make that point but maybe you could have chosen a better example...___________________

Still, the front page of a major daily.
The US general public have been brought up upon a press and media characterisation of Lance as a sort of Marvel comic book hero.
This will come as a shock to those who know of him only through his celebrity status."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
New York... That's somewhere in France, right?0

Is that defense lawyer for real?
“... the bottom line is, if you take away the soap opera and look at the scientific evidence, there is nothing.” Don't a failed corticosteroid test, EPO in urine samples and dodgy blood values count as scientific evidence on Planet Lance?
Daly said the reasons behind the investigation were still “very murky for us.” Errr, try re-arranging the following words into a coherent sentence: fraudulent, use, of, money, Federal.
“If Lance Armstrong came in second in those Tour de France races, there’s no way that Lance Armstrong would be involved in these cases,” Daly said. “I think that the concern is that they are caught up in the pursuit of a celebrity to catch him in a lie.” Well, at least he's got the last six words right...0 -

He's a defence lawyer, what do you expect? It's his job.Twitter: @RichN950 -
He's clearly playing the theatrical role. Presumably because the legal defence is crumbling faster than a sandcastle when the tide comes in?0
