Do you have any Therapeutic Use Exemptions?
    No. Never have.
    Never? What about the cortisone?

Edge of the seat racing. Great move by kiriyenka as he steamed passed the entire radobank team at 15km/h. Always amazes me that the pros can sustain speeds touching 13 km/h for km after km.

Footon move to the front, obviously fancy their chances today.

Cipollini rode a stage with his Saeco team in the wrong jerseys and got fined have they changed the rules since then, I'm sure Lance has a few quid to spare for a fine?

The UCI clearly don't want to be seen to do any more favours for Armstrong et al.

If only Pat would ban yellow or pink shorts ....
Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.

Reckon andy will have one last roll of the dice and attack contador on the climb they're coming up to. Is see it's not classified so must be one of those endless, steep 'without classification' moutains they do in the alps and pyrenees.

    UCI rules, FWIW...

1.3.028 Save in cases expressly provided for in the regulations, no distinctive jersey may be awarded or worn.

    ...

1.3.035 Each team may have only a single design for clothing (colours and layout) which may not be altered for the duration of the calendar year. Any permanent change to clothing must be duly justified and submitted for approval to the President of the UCI ProTour Council for UCI ProTeams, or the President of the Road Commission for other UCI-registered teams. Each team may use different clothing for one full event each year. The clothing must be submitted for approval to the President of the UCI ProTour for UCI ProTeams, or the President of the Road Commission for other UCI-registered teams, at least 21 days before the event in question. The application may be rejected for reasons considered valid for the case in question, in particular any similarity to the clothing of another team.

    ...

1.3.037 Riders' clothing shall always be identical to the specimen lodged.

I guess the introduction of National Champs jerseys don't fall into those rules - as they don't have 21 days before the Tour to get them approved.

There's a whole section in the rulebook about national jerseys. When you can wear them, the amount of advertising etc... but nothing about the actual design. That might be down to the national federations? I remember Pozzato got told to change his by the Italian fed because it wasn't Italian enough.
