St1 predictions before I go to work on Sunday, after a careful perusal of the standings
(I know your joking)
Flat flat on reclaimed land and water both sides of the road and causeway.(it's so flat that even I ride a bike there)
For the race on Sunday though I hope for High Southerly Winds. (well it is Holland)

The Finish next to the Heysel Stadium (& Atomium) on the outskirts of Brussels is a slight uphill drag and a very wide road. Probably the same as Paris - Brussels in recent years. (at least I saw Robbie win here a couple of years ago)

Eurosport to open up, right about now, then go off air for an hour.

There will be some wind at the coast, but Brussles is 150kms from Zeeland.......

Lars Boom goes on the attack from the drop of the flag! Dutch rider in a Dutch country.

    Only 222KM to go!!

Almost a 4 minute lead now - but Boom keeps looking behind him.

Very surprised at the lack of attacking ambition. The very first attack, allowed to go up the road with only 3 riders.
If the wind doesn't blow, we could be in for a very long day..........

Basso and Millar just crashed. Dog on the road.

Adam Hanson has also been on the deck......................hard.

We are at the point where the Giro exploded........

Lucky Basso doesn't ride for Sky or we'd be making lots of jokes about him crashing.

He has to crash on 3 stages in a row to achieve the mad skillz of Sky.

    I give your effort 3/10

Next time, try to incorporate a dog being the downfall of Basso to into your trolling.

Tyler Hamilton's dog was his downfall, Basso just did for himself. I'm happy that he put his hands up early.

Millar having the most blatant magic spanner moment I've ever seen. Why rush to fix the bike when you can just push your rider back in to the caravan?

Have you seen the two guys with kids on tandem trailers, and one of them had fat tyres on. :o

And they both managed to keep up with the bunch for ages. It's all excitement so far!

Dogs - falling off. why Boardman could always find a dog, sheep or manhole cover to fall over.

Why are Saxo riding on the front? Don't they realise this is the New Cycling [tm] where those old rules don't apply.

    The Giro this ain't.
The peloton had time to stop for a pee and a picnic.

It's so slow that the mechanic had time to stop and fix Wiggin's bike instead of just replacing it.

Yeah, why don't they speed up so they catch the break with 50 km to go?

It looked more like a Spaniel to me, but I'm no expert.
