I reckon Evans will lose 3-4 sec per km, ie 1.5-2 minutes today.

The TDF used to have limits on the amount of time a team could lose in a TTT. It was stupid.

I thought maybe it was the last man through the line whose time counts. Now that would be a proper team time trial.

It was the same rules, it was just skewed so that the team that finshed third lost 30 seconds, 4th lost 40 seconds etc, no matter how far behind they were on the road
