Indeed, I remember liking them very much on a kona I tested at BRL, obviously not the one that had back to front brakes for anyone that remembers that story. For that reason though why spend more?

I like to think of it as an action dismount ;). Stew had a massive lump on his arm until Xmas after doing the same on that bike, his mrs cut it open and found 3 lumps or grit had healed into his arm

Mopar roof bars for dodge avenger and 3 bike roof bars, I'm fed up of using the back one, it's so hard to get hookers in the boot with a rack on

2010 Cannondale Bad Boy (V-Brake) for £440 (free postage)

Disk ready but I keep this one 'real' and am resisting the urge to buy anything for it, was the sole purpose of a cheap urban/rigid. The bad boys are great value for monies.

Ill ride it till the mech/chain/cassette wear out, then just plump for good old Deore I think.

Great frames and forks, very robust. and the Cannondale finishing kit is good, great bike for the money.

That's a nice bike Adz ans a bargain at the price.
Nothing wrong with V-Brakes either, they do the job and I assume this is for commuting? I mean Schwalbe Kojaks would be a ton of fun on the singletrack

sure is for commuting, street riding (shops, training, pootling etc) so want something that I don't care about (well as much as the spesh) and yep, great price, gonna change the tyres to something skinnier though (1.3s or something), I couldnt get on with the road bike.

I am hoping it will be here for the weekend.. :)

The 'musty' ones? I missed out on the bib tights, but got a few jerseys.

I also got a workstand from Ribble, new grips from Superstar and a few boring bits (chain, cable, choobs)

Yes the 'musty' ones. Should have posted this Monday morning but forgot to press submit and have been ooto.

They turned up about half an hour ago. For some reason I've got a long sleeved yellow and a short sleeved blue jersey, no bibs. The short sleeved blue was sold out when I ordered!
