I have just ordered some 'Pombi' (banana vodka, strong as feck. Mash 15 ripened Ugandan 'Gorilla' bananas and add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Place in a container with a tiny airhole in it and bury it in the ground in a warm African Country. Take out of ground 6 months later. Filter clear juice through muslin).
