Didnt get those gloves from earlier. Couldnt be bothered making an account on CRC!
Went on eBay instead. Ended up getting these Fox Racing gloves for a couple quid more, along with Fox Racing shorts, waterproof socks, and some tights to go under the shorts.

Picking up a square taper VP 68 x 113 bottom bracket later on from Halfords. Would have been a Shimano one but i need it for this weekend, so obviously cant get one in the post by then. And Halfords only have a square taper Shimano bottom bracket in 68 x 118 which is a bit too long. :roll:0

The green jersey and shorts were christmas presents from family. The black Royal jersey was too tempting to resist as a £20 CRC bargain. The forks I can't afford, but ordered anyway, since ebay gave me a 10% discount voucher code that only lasted a couple of days. I wanted Rebas really, but at £121.50 the Epicons seemed a good compromise and a bargain. I'll have to take the gold stickers off though...0 -
Have just ordered (well yesterday) a Ti456Evo frame, set of Revs and an XT double chainset. Thanks to some cheap DT forks and ebay this lot cost a lot less than it should have.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

No it doesn't. It has a static cable position at the bottom of the post (same as the Crank Bros you posted) so no extra flappy cable when the post is is dropped.
I have a Reverb and a KS LEV, in use both feel exactly the same, nice smooth operation. I prefer the KS because I think the remote position is better and the static cable too. but in terms of going up and down both work great.0 -
