Did he ride all the way up the Kapelmuur in the saddle? That's nuts!0
-
How on EARTH did he do that!?!?! :shock:0

30 seconds advantage in just a few miles.0

Cancellara is a monster, fantastic had me screaming at the tv!!0
-
Fab should have done a royal wave at his fanclub.0
-
He only got out of the saddle right at the top of the Bosberg.

After Boonen sucked wheel most of the day, it's nice to see him dropped so easily.0

Cancellara did more than his share on the front once the two of them broke away. Boonen took some turns, yes. But not an equal split.0 -

It's about the only interesting aspect left now.0 -

OK, that's fair enough, but that's hardly sucking a wheel. Think Boonen was hanging on at times, not sure he could have done much more.0 -
Think Boonen looks good for second. Gilbert didn't look so fresh himself.0
-
What a pleasure to watch and what a legend he is. Bravo Fabian Cancellara!!0
-
That was impressive. Hopefully not as impressive as Ricco and Pantani's impressive attacks though !
He destroyed Boonen.0 -

And even Armstrong managed to finish up there in the leading peleton.0

Hope everyone enjoyed that as much as I did. To win a classic from an attack 40km out is pretty awesome. Not sure there was anything anyone could have done about that. Really looking forward to next weekend for round 2!
And good to see Farrar get 5(?), obviously aided by his Transition lenses...0 -
Yeah I didnt think Lance was in form yet - interesting days ahead !0
-
Awesome, even from 44kms to go."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0

Slightly disappointed that Gilbert was left behind. I wanted to see him and Boonen fighting it out.
Anyway, brilliant stuff from Cancellara. His move was predictable, but Boonen was always going to be powerless to counter that type of effort.0 -

He destroyed Boonen.
