still thinking about what to wear. do you think this is overkill


not so much for protction but for warmth without the backplate on, its quite light could keep my arms nice and warm, and stop nasty drafts hitting my chest

yes i already have it, but only use it on the DH course

I think I'll wear my helly hansen short sleeve, then something over the top, another layer, then my night vision jacket and/or waterprrof over.

Then either my bikesters and/or 3/4 alturas. Sadly left my overshoes at my dads house, so will have to get my new shimano spds mucky

I'm still dying of this cold, but getting better everyday, I'm at the daren't sneeze stage as it could get messy .....anyone got a big hankie?

i was thinking it was quite on here tonight as well

ive given my bike a specail clean ready for the weekend (as apposed to just putting it in the back of the car and leaving it)

I've got everything I need to clean my bike except a large sheet for the floor and some brushes

Need to try and find one of those nail brushes and buy a spare toothbrush to give it a good clean on saturday.

My rottweiler Barney says can i come to, i'm strong and willing to give anyone a tow!!!!!

I'm washing my bike on Sat, i know it all works ok, it just needs a wash n lube, the tyres I put on the other day are still pumped up, so it's all good.
Going to pack my bag tomorrow and make sure I've got everything, inc hariboooooooooooo

Have had 7 rotties in the past, i used to show them and have a good few 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th placings and best of breed.

But unfortunately work commitments got in the way, then my best two rotties died (12yrs +13yrs).

Coz I'm going to hand the bags round before we set off, d'ya think I'm gonna carry everyones sweets! .....you lot can carry ya own or I might have to eat them before Sunday

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think my internal fork bushings have failed, i tried to put a little more air in them and they went rock solid, i pushed the air release button on the marzz pump an nothing happened, i had to release the air by pushing in the valve manually with an allen key and about 10ml of fork oil came out with air.
I can pump them up to the normal 'hardness' with pump but pump is only showing about 10-15 psi.
Me thinks its a Lbs job for a strip down, what you think guys ?

Looks like i will have to put on my judy j4's and replace the contaminated pads or i won't be there on sunday......damn bloody damn!!!!
