    B***er - gone up a pound in the last 2 weeks. Probably doesn't help that I've sprained a wrist and have been off the bike for the last week :cry: Next weeks skiing hol might not help given the likely level beers and fondue intake :twisted:

    I'm not losing any weight at the moment, a farily constant 78kg. However, my body fat percentage is dropping like a stone.

    No change in weight for me since 4th Feb when I last posted.

    However I am down a belt notch and I think the legs are counteracting the weight loss as they are definitely bigger and more muscular :D

    The deadline was extended, I thought it had came and went :?

    For me in total -7 lbs. Would loose more if my stupid body actually worked right and let me eat foods I actually like to eat or let me like foods I am supposed to eat :evil:

    Still a good year for me. Went up a bit after Flanders (easter), but now dropping again.
    Down 23lbs for the half year and now well below target.

    Next target is a BMI under 25, which seems to be another 9lbs.
