No, that was what I chose to cook myself - the bean stew for lunch (think beans, garlic and rosemary stewed in cider with cream added just before serving) and the artichoke rosti for dinner (grated artichoke mixed with flaked almonds, chilli, rosemary and lemon juice then fried).
Both meals were divine, the combined effects at 4am a little less so. But hey, an overnight 3lb weight loss is an overnight 3lb weight loss. And it's stuck for two days!0 -

Managed to get a fair bit of exercize in over the weekend - but I imagine that this was more than off-set by the amount of beer, pizza and curry that was also consumed.
Hopefully I'll be able to commute 4 days out of 5 on the bike this week and also eat healthily. So no weight loss so far but will do better this week.You'll not see nothing like the mighty Quin.0 -
