I think I got down from 13.12 st to 13.04 st in the Autumn challenge.
Actually kept most of the loss off until December.

Well, thank god your not a doctor!! I am probaby 2 stone overweight, heading towards obese, and now reining it in. Want to get towards a semi fit, then fit status. I feel better with losing weight, but like all guys of a certain age find it quite hard.
