Great to see a proflex still going strong. Here's a Proflex one of my riding buddies used to own, looks like a similar model.
But back to snow pics, here's a few from over the last few weeks riding

Anyone else head out with a bottle full of juice in their bike-mounted bottle cage, only to have it turn into a Slush Puppy within 30 mins?!

Nick, first off the picture must be already hosted on the web somewhere, i.e. you can't just upload one from your hard drive (well there are ways but lets leave that for a future lesson).
Right click the picture you want to upload and 'copy image location' to copy the image url
Go to the 'post a reply' box and click the 'Img' button which is top right of the reply box. This opens the image tag
Then right click and 'paste' which will paste the picture url
then click the '*Img' button which is top right of the reply box to close the image tag
'Submit' and hey presto!FCN = 40 -

Thought for a second he was riding frozen bushes!0 -
Decided I'd do a bit of Road riding today (still on the MTB though).
This is the Mountain Road on the World Famous TT Course, gritters cant get up there so it stays closed until the snow melts :
View up past Windy Corner towards Snaefell
View From Kates Cottage down to The Creg
Looking out towards South Barrule Plantation
View over Douglas

Cat With No Tail - great pics! Your bike looks so good - just a shame Crud don't do a white raceguard mount!0
-
Cheers, and I agree, I thought it was stupid of them to offer a "white race Pack" then send it with black mounts.
Anyway.
Got some video uploaded to Youtube, nothing very exciting (snow tends to kill the speed).
First one is Coming back down the TT course from Kates Cottage to The Creg
Last one is a little part on my local loop. At about 1:20 my front wheel nearly washes out on some ice. Still no idea how I didn't come off. There were just these massive patches of really slick ice that just popped up all over the place since yesterday.
Seems much slippier out there today than it has been the last few days. Good fun though0 -
Stupid CRWM, can't be bothered to turn it off + sh1te iphone cam
hardest 20 miles i've ever done! glad i took a flask of coffee with me
front meck froze as well, must have some water in the cabling.
singletrack is much fun++ in the snow.

Took these last year at Glentress. Haven't made it down there this year yet though...
V-brakes don't really work in deep snow, by the way...
