Myself and anyone else who pre-ordered direto originally were let down constantly on due dates. I eventually cancelled and went with halfords. They also came up with some crap when I ordered a c24 dura ace wheels from them. Maybe 3rd time lucky....

Me too, I actually reserved one in two different stores as they are hit and miss in terms of giving BC discount. Went to the first one and they had grabbed the non HR model. When they checked they didn’t have the proper one other than the display model so have ordered one in for me. Went to the second store and got it for £86 with BC discount.

I wanted to get it quick as I noticed the price had gone back up online!
