Picked one up today as my old Finish Line model's brushes are way past their best. I was pleasantly surprised to see it is actually a Barbieri model,despite the packaging bearing Lidl's usual Crivit branding. The advantage over the non-Lidl version is that the lube comes in a proper bottle rather than a sachet-style bottle which can't be re-sealed. As the regular version sells for £6-10 (RRP £14.99), £3.99 is a bargain.

I checked the other day and it says they are out of stock at the supplier still. DX are usually really good, and have most stuff in stock. I have bought loads of lights from them before!

Trouble with Ribble (as I've just been reminded with my latest order) is that they charge to deliver to the Highlands (almost no other bike parts supplier does) and they are slow to dispatch. They could learn a lot from Royles.biz. At least Wiggle ship quickly if you pay. £7.50 extra delivery for a pair of shoes is silly - I can send a t-shirt to the US airmail for less than that.

I ordered Tuesday & only got dispatch confirmation today (the last two days they've been trying to find Scotland in an atlas I think). They obviously use Parcel Farce who charge double to deliver to the Highlands and take twice as long to do so. Bizarrely, Royal Mail parcels charge the same as for anywhere in Britain and take one day.

Kask Mojito at £80 is pretty much a no brainer lid (that sort of sounds wrong ) if it fits; it's a serious bargain at £100. It looks good, is seriously light, nicely made etc etc. I'm almost annoyed at paying £100 for mine a few weeks back but I prefer to buy lids at a shop I can visit so I don't mind really! Anyway - cracking deals.
