I'd look at getting a chain cleaner and a 20L or 25L bag. What they look like?

Spoke reflectors and tool kit time! :D

can't see the "chain cleaning kit" working very well, it looks like the crank will come round and hit it.

Picked one up today as my old Finish Line model's brushes are way past their best. I was pleasantly surprised to see it is actually a Barbieri model, despite the packaging bearing Lidl's usual Crivit branding. The advantage over the non-Lidl version is that the lube comes in a proper bottle rather than a sachet-style bottle which can't be re-sealed. As the regular version sells for £6-10 (RRP £14.99), £3.99 is a bargain.

No tools kits or spoke reflectors left which is a shame as I wanted to at least look at the tool-kit even if I might not have bought it.

Not really a 'just spotted' more of a 'used them for a few months and they work'. Anyway BBB cartridge brake blocks, less than a fiver for a set of four. At least as good as any other brake blocks I've tried.

Picked one up today [...] £3.99 is a bargain.

Curiosity got the better of me, so I also bought one today; works a treat.

I did find instruction #7 intriguing: "Use rage or paper towel to catch fluid in excess from the chain". Paging Bruce Banner to the maintenance department...

Went to pick up a rucksack and chain cleaner today, initially couldn't find the bag, bloody stuff everywhere  Anyway, found some but they didn;t seem that great, and were too big for what I wanted.

Then found a smaller black one with a backguard, looked good, and seems to be made well. Also has a yellow rain cover. Plenty of pockets, and the back protection would be good for the mountain bike (if I used a bag) All in all a good £12 spent :) Few snaps for folk.

On my instruction, back page, it boasts:
"Quickly and easily cleans bike chains - NO NEED TO DISMOUNT"

I am looking forward to trying this on the club run tomorrow
