Most gyms put mirrors in front of running machines, and I found it much more interesting than just staring at a blank wall.
On the rollers it's good to check your form, and tends to keep you centred as you can see your position without looking down.
It also means I can keep an eye on the dogs and the missus who both like to creep up on me!Complicating matters since 19650 -
Turbo hell - or bike heaven! Far too many 2 wheeled objects in here with me to get bored!
I'm beginning to wonder if I'm odd - I don't find turbo sessions boring but then again I mostly ride alone so there's nothing new there!0 -
It ain't pretty.
My old winter bike is relegated to stationary duties.

It's a bit cramped in there.0 -
The cycling side to my Dungeon...think I used the rollers and turbo a combined total of 5 times last year, the other side is the weights area which actually does get used!

My new little turbo den in the attic... Only set this up a day or so ago, but the plan is to pimp it out a tad more. Have a PC with wireless keyboard/trackball so that I can switch between music / films / Tacx training software on the PC. The loft whores are just out of shot.

Best thing about wooden floors is that the whole setup can be slid around really easily, so it goes up against the wall when not in use..0
