    I'm doing weight watchers with my Mrs. I don't go to meetings and such, just follow the points and use the calculator. I've lost 4 lbs in a week. I'm cock-a-hoop.

    I've just eaten a boost and a terrys choc. orange bar - washed down with two cups of coffee. I had a sugar low but now I just feel sick. Serves me right I suppose.

    I'm watching "The Last Man On Earth" - the original film version of "I am Legend" - stars Vincent Price.

    Only 10 minutes in so far, but it looks good.

    Agreed. Glass for cold liquids, cup for hot liquids. Except for Irish coffee of course.

    Tea tastes surprisingly good in a pint glass, although I'd concede it's best of all from bone china.
