Cages will do for now. They are not that bad are they? Ti ones are 30+ and look the same!

Just needs the conti 4 seasons on when my new Joe Blow Sprint arrives tomorow. The bars were on hopelessly wrong in the above pics so the are now more raised to a better riding position. Didn't think to work that out in advance of my first trek! LBS did a great once over, out the box check for me. One of the cables had bent in transit where it meets the head tube.

    As for ride.................

wow. comfort, pace, little road noise, strong, and responsive / stiff when driven.
Sadly, my first blast was Tuesday, when the weather was sub zero, and I suffered at 8am and then at 5.30 in the icy air.
Today was a dream. Verdict: YES!!!

My new all year round bike.

(ps: "looking good" - I'd say a bit better than that!)

Ti look a lot classier, IMHO. Those aluminium ones are just too shiney
Glad you're enjoying the new ride, they are a very forgiving ride, once you've got the set up dialled.
Start with a budget, finish with a mortgage!

Not the list price of £3299

New models for 2010 so this one is gone! The special offer on the website will give you an idea of the price these can be had for.

Finally put my Planet X Titanium Sportive together, business trip made me delay it. First ride today on it, it feels amazing, it really does seem to glide over road imperfections, I'd been told this before but wasn't really expecting it to be THIS noticeable!.
