I'll be away, working for 11 days just prior to the ride.
So, I'll come home and go straight to Alderly Edge!
If I'm lucky (unlucky  ) I'll have access to an excercise bike and I'll give the Tabata Intervals a go!
I think I'll bring a sick bag.... For the top of the climbs

Did Holmes Chap - Mow Cop - Lask Edge - Wincle - Holmes Chap today.

I think I'm going to do it on the compact a week sunday, managed it all but it was, erm, interesting.

Winter training rides haven't started yet and this won't conflict with the normal Sunday run which is (how shall I put it?) a touch leisurely. Put it on the website. I'm sure you'll get lots of interest.

I do feel a little embarrassed, it's just a little social ride

    I will mention it.

If anyone has a better way then mine to get from Alderley Edge to Mow Cop, let me know.

I know a way that involves less main roads but it's about 10 miles longer and I'm mindful to keep this ride suitable for everyone...

    Offence has been caused!

There is a fairly big club ride that morning (The 3 loops).

City aren't playing so I should be ok to come along.
Just back from holidays in France - cycled most days, usually 4km to pick up pain au chocolat from the Boulangerie. I've put on 4kg so Mow Cop may be a challenge!

Welsh Row/Nursery Lane/Sossmoss Lane has been closed for ages now. They're buliding some kind of bypass. Chorley Hall lane is the alternate route...
