I have only been into mtb in the last 6 weeks or so. I have been a roadie for nearly 3 years. You all seem to a be fun crowd and I'd love to join in!
I am recovering from a sprained ankle from a ride in Cannock last week but I think I may be back on the bike in Clent Thusday morning.

For those not doing Cwmcarn, im doing a short ride round the Wyre (Weather permitting), showing a new girl (has done a bit of DH) around if anyone wants to join us. Probably about 11 from the Duke.0

I did the Malverns last night as I was working near, deep enough to create falls though and not deep enough to stop them hurting
The nice warm Gym with the better views is much well nicer !!0 -
Just been out for a walk with the good lady on Clent and tried to work out where the 'correct' cycle routes are..... :?:
Bought a guide but all it shows is a red route (ie, a red line) around the shoulder of the hill (sort of)
Does anyone do Clent regularly - we parked up by the Nimmins Wood NT park (but on the road, 'cos the Car Park was like a skating rink.
Saw four hardy souls on HT but otherwise a lot of walkers - looks a nice place to trundle around, anyone got any views on Clent (apart from very good scenic ones from the top.... )
