    Sunday - 10.30 from the Duke for anyone that wants to join and isn't on FB so won't have seen the post there!

    Mounty - still not had that light. The tracker number shows it leaving HK on the 29th, not the 14th like they said! Idiots :x

    Missgroover - only ordered my light recently, I guess thats the downside to overseas stuff....but the price makes up for it! :D

    I've changed the ride to half past Paul....theres a guy on the FB says hes coming so have messaged him as well!

    I did 20miles over the Malverns yesterday, either boiling and sweating to death with the waterproof on or freezing to death without.

    Joining the gym is much more sensible for the winter!!
