    I can do Wednesday night rides, but not Thursday's (occasionally I can).

    Anyone around on Sunday? :D

    Dave's is ill so likely not, he's stuck till 1pm ish anyway, we'll see definitely very early for me.

    I'll be (all being well) Riding Thursday night, from the Layby near the pub 7:30pm yes ??

    Im not sure whether ill be driving or riding over yet, might have to drive as need to put the dale back together first! I took it apart to clean it while i was without shock, now i got shock it needs to go back together (uncleaned).

    I'll be riding the FS first time in 2 weeks should be interesting, buggered my left arm so I think suspension will be required for the Wyre this time.

    I might ride in depends on what time I'm back, need to get some miles in.

    Talking of riding.... ;-) .......I am planning on going to Scotland sometime in September, biking in and around some of the 7 stanes...

    I know people will have there own holidays/trips booked but I just thought I would ask if anyone would be interested in such a trip.

    Most of my friends are either into beach holidays or just not into biking, so I guess I am looking for some company/like minded people whilst out on the trails.

    If anyone would be interested then let me know, nothing planned or set in stone yet...so open to ideas or suggestions...

    So to summarise Mounty, you'd like to meet a nice boy/girl for a dirty week in scotland ( MTB is dirty yes ?? ).

    Complains then uses it as a dating site himself.


    Me + Mates normally go to Glentress August time, the group have all fell out with each other though so doesn't look to promising, but it'll be okay if you want to tag along / go 1/2's on fuel, if they stop bitching at each other ofcourse.

    Pretty sure we ride everyday all day while getting slower and slower and seizing totally @day 5 while driving home!!

    Glentress Black Route is excellent, Red route for spooky woods also good.

    I'll be there, nice soft ground hopefully for the rigid to :) Full Susser is being stripped to build up a Hard Tail shortly :(

    Having met 3 of the girls at Cannock Chase at the weekend, I'd like to invite myself to this Sunday's Wyre Forest ride!

    How long does the ride tend to be, and what kind of distance?

    Usually 2 - 3 hours, with distance often around 15 miles, give or take a few.... depends on the group :-)

    Think 4 - 5 miles and nearing 20miles, but loads of chat breaks so don't worry to much, Sassy is getting a bit addicted and keeps making us do more.

    Sounds spot on. I'm not too worried about distance, it's just that I've got a birthday 'do' to get back for!
