I love the camelbaks, expensive....but worth it IMO.
decathlon also do some good ones and a lot cheaper too.0 -
I mentioned on MTB Britain forum that I was thinking of getting a downhill bike. One of the guys there offered to let me try his Rohloff DH bike at Ribbesford on Monday.
We were going to meet at the visitor centre and ride over to Ribbesford, so I don't know exactly what we will do yet.
Maybe I will do the forum ride, then meet him later. Maybe I will go to ribbesford instead of the forum ride. Maybe the forum ride will go to Ribbesford.I am a mountain biking god.
Unfortunately, my bike's an atheist.0 -

i bought a decathlon one, it only cost me £6 (i had a £6 discount voucher too though) but normally sells for £12 i think, they have a whole range up there with replacement bladders and the like, all pretty cheap too. i can show it to you monday as i'll be using it.

How long do you guys usually ride for over the wyre.

moto66 wrote:How long do you guys usually ride for over the wyre

depends really :? on how knackered everyone is, what time people need to be back for, how quick/slow people ride, state of trails, mechanicals, maybe a beer after for using the pub car park. i'd have thought at least 3 hours if not more (not constant though ) but i havent been out for a bit now so it may have changed :oops:0 -
