Can't quite work out what that route is.

    Pretty much everything... :)

Started off with a little cheeky stuff, then over to the garlic, Jedi, then Button oak stuff, then back over to the camber & caravan, back home up the fire road...

Have any of you guys been to Coed Llandegla ?

I have not been to this centre, but is it worth the 2 hour trip ? :)

Been a few times to Llandegla if you havent been before it's worth it just a bit short that's all. I would be up for going again always add some extra natural stuff to it as i have a route

Anyone around thursday night for a ride?

If not welcome to join us on the chase instead, should be 3/4 of us, reasonable pace doing dog + bits.

Were thinking of going this sunday if people want to join us, its good for a close trail (<2hr from midlands) but not a patch on the best welsh stuff (CYB, Afan etc), even think Cwmcarn is more fun once you get past the climb, though only done Llandegla twice now. Did like the north shore at LLendegla, not for the faint hearted first time, but easy once you have done it

If not can sort a longer ride round the chase if people fancy less traveling, doingdog + bits, or maybe off the dog totally as our off piste route seems to be dryenough and cleared of the forestry wreking last year 8)

The north shore stuff looks good, I have only done that kinda stuff at waist and ground level. :)

I might be around Thursday evening, but I wont know for sure until Thursday morning..

Cool let us know about thurs, but will probably plan for cannock with wyre as a backup

Have a love hate relationship with north shore, usually ok, but fallen off badly at Glentress (ewok village) and Grizedale (miles of the stuff), so now pretty cautious :( , but Llandegla is fine

Once you ride "the river runs through it" in whistler everything in the uk now seems a lot easier now northshore wise, and the section at the end of captain safety in the bike park is good as each section gets about 4 inches thinner starting at 20 down to 4 at the end!

Kona Darkside is pretty extreme (not going near it), as are bits of Ewok village at glentress, but obviousl not as nutty as the real North Shore :D

Did a little NS at whistler, but was only there for a day and the top sections were shut still, so only did red/black stuff, double black was way outta my league, especially on a hired 7" DH rig  A line was sweet though, got the hang of it by the end, even got some air

    You out this week?

Got scouts on wednesdays and as the nights are lighter now im doing more evening DH and jumping, will still try and get a xc ride in every other week though. Still not sorted a crank out for my bike yet, get paid monday so will probably just splash out on something that will last.

Steve, are you still ok for 8 am in the morning, pub car park ?

I will PM/send my mobile number, just in case.

Doesn't look like anyone else is coming...just had a text from Shaun, he's buggered his knee up playing football.
