Somehow I got hold of copy of "I Surrender" and played it on repeat - for oh - three months...... as it was the only record I owned and..... it's fab.

    Two things:

I've seen Lindisfarne live. Admittedly I was about 10 at the time and was taken by my olds. Now, I guess that qualifies as having extremely uncool and embarassing parents.

    I like Terence Trent D'arby.

One of his best albums was Vibrator with tracks such as Supermodel Sandwich and She kissed me there!!!

I have no guilty secrets - if I like it then it's good. end of.

blah blah blah and Yoko Ono's solo stuff.

    all brilliant!!

OK so I missed this the first time round and I'm not sure if EB is still about . . .

    but Yoko Ono . . .

There has to be a line drawn somewhere and i have to say we should draw it around Yoko Ono with her inside it to protect us from her breaking the Beatles again.

    hmmm lets think.

Just about anything by Abba - but that not original.
Def Lepard - Die hard the hunter
And this is really hard to admit to (I would rather admit to doing cocaine) - Some songs by nicky minarge - and oh god do I know how naff she is and my kids are sooooo ashamed of me

Now I am off to get me a cracking Chiropractor (how sad is that for a line).

Some of us are still talking with those folks, not as often mind but you know once you’ve featured on a magazine front page and drunk in a crowded pub together wearing just Lycra it creates a bond 😉
