my tirewall blew out on the way to my works drinks after I left you guys, I had a john cleese fawlty towers moment and got a fu<king cab to the pub... eventually got the train home then had to cab it to home..what a disgrace

both cabbies seemed genuinely(politely?) interested in cycling and were both impressed about me having insurance

There was no headwind of any significance on the way back North by the way. I just had to put up with freezing cold rain and sleet.

I'm unsure exactly how my back tyre is holding itself together. Think I need a trip to Condor for new boots at lunchtime.
  • I'm actually free tonight and in London.

What time are folk getting there? Also how will I find any of you once there?

The PF may have worked out where the Morpeth is. On Thursday CP's rear tyre blew out on his way home and both CJ and I had slow pun... er unscheduled deflations. Grrr.

@MetalMonkey I think you chose the wrong Friday. Sorry, fella.
