Oi, f*ckwit in the blue car who passed within inches of my handlebars at about 40mph just after driving past the school... learn to drive, you f*ckin' spunk stain.
If I hadn't heard your stupid revving as you sped up through the gears I'd probably just be dead as you had no chance/inclination to slow down as you squeezed between me and the cars coming the other way.
Arrogant, wanker!!!!

Matt from the Manchester Crosscountry train.
You moved my bike without asking me.
Jammed it in beside another one, scuffing up the bar ends.
Broke the airzound
Managed to completely feck up my gears, making it skip a gear on a roundabout on the way home, nearly having me come off in front of the car behind me.
You absolute twat - never dare mention "health and safety" near me again... And don't even think about touching a customer's bike without asking.0 -
riding home last night along the trans penine (ex rail way section) route, when about 6 young uns, about 15 get onto the track ahead of me about 300 yards ahead.
they are walking towards me all laughing and joking all walking side by side, i coast my bike so they can hear the freehub clicking away they all look up see me an carry on walking towards me in a line. so i just carry on (im only doing about 10mph, i slowed because of them) when i reach them they still dont move so i have to ride through them. one of the lads bounces off my shoulder an shouts something as i carry on....
if only they would have moved....the young rap-scallions!Keeping it classy since '830 -

ohh i didnt go into them hard at all it was more of a shoulder to shoulder thing, in retrospect maybe i should have just stopped in the middle of the track an let them go around me, but the part of liverpool where is happened you dont really want to stop...put it this way someone has shot a few of the signs down there with guns (shotgun and handgun  )Keeping it classy since '830 -
if you have to RLJ on CS3, make sure you're careful when crossing when pedestrian's are crossing. you're giving the rest of us a bad name if you continue to p**s them off.

Yeah, it's always a hard call when kids are trying to look cool by stepping in front of you. Stop and risk being relieved of your bike and a few teeth, or keep going and risk flattening someone.0 -
had a group of school kids to this to me the other week; nothing I could do @ 25mph but shout and watch them scatter0
-
Had a group jump as I approached at 10mph and slowing. they ought to concentrate on the cyclepath and not on their mates conversation/their ipod.
My Edge 705 has died again but I've still got the warranty from the last replacement so all is good on that.
Decorators painting the communal hallway and my front door which they didn't need to do but I brushed the wet doorframe and now have white paint on my black tracki bottoms.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0 -

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH
PUT YOUR F*CKING PHONE DOWN!!!!
.......and breathe....
Riding here this morning. Parked cars on the other side of the road (in between the van and the car on the streetview link). So not much room for the Mini coming the other way to squeeze past, it's my right of way seeing as I'm already passing the line of parked cars and they're blocking 'his' lane not mine.
But no, he was too busy trying to use his stupid mouth to have a stupid conversation into his stupid phone to stop his stupid car. So he just drove towards me and squeezed me right against the bushes. I can see why people end up smahing wing mirrors off
Also, minor ranting at the woman last night. Overtook no more than 20 yards away from the petrol station (on the right) that she wanted to turn into. So she went past pretty close, waited until I was level with the back seats then braked and drifted back towards the kerb. It was stupidity more than malice, so she just got a tap on the window and a "WTF?" expression as I went past.0 -
Not a complete rant, but I couldn't justify a thread for the cyclist I almost knocked down this morning.
Reversing out of my driveway this morning, can't see a great deal of the path across the front of my house because the view is blocked by hedges.
I reverse out very very very slowly! (in a clio mind you) constantly look around the rear of the car checking for pedestrians.
Then some lad swerves around the back of the car at on his bicycle and I slam on the brakes, we didn't connect but he had to put his foot down to regain balance.
I'm not sure what more I could have done apart from taking down the hedge for visibility, though if he was going as fast as I expect, I wouldn't see him until he was on top of me anyway.
I'm not saying who's at fault, but we seem to have a excessive number of cyclists on footpaths where I live...0 -
very very nearly got squished last night, mini roundabout i give way to the car to my right as soon as that is passed i push off, next min an old mondeo goes staight passed me from my left then (who then appologises which is cool) then a white van tries to do the same i shout WOOOOAW he brakes an allows to me continue at the next set of lights i say to the van driver what you playing at he then appologises an says he didnt seem me.....
i really dont mind if someone does something stupid but then appologises, its when they dont say sorry grrrKeeping it classy since '830 -
went to unlock my bike this morning and SNAP - key breaks off in the lock. No idea where the spare is. Gutted.0

reverse into the drive ??
Highway Code Rule 201
Do not reverse from a side road into a main road. When using a driveway, reverse in and drive out if you can.0 -
Miss dozy cow in the Corsa, I did in fact indicate before I got to the roundabout which I believe you in fact realised judging by the look on your face just after you shouted at me for not.
And Mr cyclist, at least make it look like a bit of an effort when you scalp me. It's embarassing having someone just saunter by0 -
To the City Sprint courier with the L plate, on a scooter. Hopefully your container didn't have blood to be delivered urgently and you were just out learning your route.
You are not an emergency service so there is no reason for me to clear out of your way. There was nothing stopping you from using the 'regular' road rather than the bus lane.0 -
dear stupid woman pedestrian near blackfriars bridge this morning,
when the pedestrian light has been red for a while that means something!
(she just walked out behind me in front of a van that was revving, then jumped in front of me.)

I'm laid up in bed with a severe case of man 'flu because my next door neighbour wanted to show off his new bike and sneezed at me.
His whole family have a cold and now so do I. Thanks a lot Mr Titlow.
And, your bike is pants too, I was just being polite. That welding was awful and the pedals look rubbish. I do like the look of the wheels though. I don't think they are any good, but they look pretty.
