Had a great one cheers Rich, Rob & Tim. You did a stand up job up front Rich, like I said just concentrating on breathing & staying on to worry about anything else. Sorry to slow things up at end, literally had nothing in the tank  cramp didn't help either!

    Till next week,

    Rich

It was good to have a new victim, sorry recruit, :) to our group, good to see you Rich.

My ride was to say the least mechanically eventful, as Rich said had to go back to base for repairs, which only just lasted to the end of the ride.

    Major rebuild this week.

i clocked about 17 on tuesday but there's lots of points where you can cut it short.

Wednesdays evening ride, too light to call them night rides now, at Thorndon was quite a bit lower in the mud steaks than Saturday.

So with the next few days of drying weather conditions should be some what faster than of late.

So who is going to join us on our ride on Saturday, meeting at the Ski Slope/Kart Track car park at 9am.

It was an excellent day to be out riding. :D

Thorndon has dried out quite well, but there are still a lot of areas with gloop, mud tyres were still the best choice.

Trail speed has increased quite a bit since Wednesday and a lot from Saturday last.

Hope you have a good one VWSurfbum

Awesome going at Thorndon yesterday, thanks again Rob & Rich.

If/when you go out in the week can you let me know if its worth switching tyres or worth sticking with the muddys?

Are you guys going again this Saturday? I wouldn't mind trying to get over there for a tour of the area. Got my bike racks last week so I'm all set to go. I'm off work this week so will probably get over to Thorndon at least once.
