A mate of mine many years ago converted his veggie girlfriend back to meat eating with a bacon sarnie. Or 'cured' her, as he put it (pun probably intended). I'd struggle to give up bacon it has to be said.

Our school lunch menu has one veggie day per week, and it's lovely... curries, a 'buddha bar', and other somewhat fiddly things that I'd never bother to cook at home, but that are so tasty I don't miss having meat at all, despite my carnivorous tooth.

Using a dehumidifier to try to get rid of the damp smell in the house after our flood then spilling the contents over the floor when taking it to the sink to empty. Luckily only part of the contents so not quite back at square 1 again.
