In the space of one climb I went from ‘they need to start pulling this break back’ to ‘they’re going to catch them too soon’. Seems like they’ve realised and eased off a bit as it has gone back out a touch.

Gaps have been a bit dodgy, feels like it’s sorted now though. Cavendish group seem to have stabilised and should comfortably make cut off now. Hopefully a sign that he has recovered a bit, I think the temperatures were supposed to be lower towards the finish.
