For me, really heavy stuff doesn't usually do it, it just blows my rhythm completely, hurts my concentration and sometimes gets me a bit over-aggressive. I always look for something seriously up-beat and cheery, with a big driving beat, no dead spots in the song, so it'll carry me along and keep me up and pushing. Ideally it should have me singing along or banging my hand on the bars to the bearUncompromising extremist0 -
