A nice big yummy chilli and rice, not too spicy but just enough to give it some taste. And it was only 8.5 weight watchers points which means I can go and have a Bud or two (only 2.5 points each), hows that for a diet.
May be taking the diet too seriously as I can now quote point values for stuff without loking it up :? , Kit Kat chunky 6 points (used to be 6.5 but hey shrank  ) packet of McCoys 3.5(Multipack), supersize bag of Tesco cheese balls, 13.5 . Bananas 1.5, now that's not fair, fruit and veg shouldn't have any points :!: .It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

I need to gain some inches!!, got too many around my waist and not enough in my height. I should be another 21cms for my weight or 20kgs less for my height :shock:I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0
