An excellent philosophy there. Having said that, last time I rode that trail, I was pushing it hard to do the black trail as fast as possible, cleared the step-down, then 20-30 yards on from that, lost the trail, went into a ditch, broke my little finger and took the end of the handlebars into the ribs, breaking two of them.

Still, it was a nice sunny day, and the coffee and cake in the cafe made up for it! [:D]

Depends on the date for me - I'm currently in training for Sleepless in the Saddle, so am concentrating on endurance and speed work on the XTC. SITS is mid Aug. But once the date is set, I'll see what I can do. I know of few of the other regular MBUK guys would be up for it as well.......
