Just locally, in the woods and chap park. Build up slowly! Been doing a lot of walking too. I can go further than the shops!!!

when i started off it took me 47 minutes to travel 10 miles on a part tarmac part dirt road, after two months i am at 36 minutes but dont seem to be able to shave anymore off....yet0
