I remember when the sandbox was good. There were no threads about how you are having a cheese sandwich for lunch for the 4th day in a row, no Good Morning threads where people would say good morning and add it's raining/sunny/snow, no biaaaaaaatch!ing, no girls, no mention of worms or aids, no El Capitano, no llamas and no cake.

The topics were simple and amusing, we had the three word story, word association, and numbercount. You try and start one now and people will try and rip youm a new arsehole. The joke thread was the first and without a number after it. And the regulars were actually honest and decent people.

That's what the sandbox was all about, not the crap it is now. It was much better back then.

Actually, i'm pretty sure the last story thread got locked before the second page. and it was going pretty well!

But the sandbox hasn't been all caring for as long as i can remember. i joined some time before 2005, and there were a lot of arse holes then. since i joined so many people have been banned and come back as a "new" person i don't know how many are still here.
